VEGAN FROSTING / ICING:
1/4 C coconut oil
1/4 cup homemade (or store bought) hazelnut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 2/3 C powdered sugar. wholesome sweeteners brand is vegan
Heat coconut oil VERY slightly on medium temp barely enough to melt it, then add the other ingredients. Stir. Get all lumps of sugar mixed in. Take off burner and cool a couple minutes. For THICKER icing or frosting (whatever you call it in your neck of the woods) add a tablespoon of powdered sugar more, and mix. YOU’LL LOVE IT.
Cut cake evenly in half. Put on a pretty plate. Pour icing on bottom half. Put other half of chocolate cake on top of bottom layer. Pour the rest of the icing on top of that.
Enjoy the orgasm in your mouth! Make this birthday cake for someone YOU love, and watch their booty shake.

why don’t you use coconut palm sugar instead of reg sugar?
Hello. Why? I am not sure. I have seen it once before, but I have not seen powdered sugar, which is a requisite in this recipe. The Wholesome brand is vegan. Thank you for the suggestion.
I use a coffee grinder or my blendtec to turn any sugar into powdered sugar. It’s pretty easy. The coffee grinder is nice because you can do small batches.
Thanks for the tip!
