People who want to make the world less cruel and a better place for everyone, including the zombies who say stupid things like “vegans suck”, are definitely NOT the ones that suck.
* For those of you who aren’t native English speakers, suck is slang for “to be very bad, disagreeable, or disgusting : e.g. I love your city, but the weather sucks, or, The fact some animal was brutalized and killed for you to eat that corpse on your plate really sucks, or, I want to like you, but your greedy lifestyle sucks.

Ewww did ethics and morals get your hackles up? NO surprise there! You see something ugly in yourself, and it’s no surprise. Either that, or you are vegan, and did not take the time to read more than the name.
I’ve been vegan since 1969, you know, back when it wasn’t cool, and when everyone and even your friends would make fun of you. My own Sister told me to not be so up on my high horse because Adolph Hitler was a vegan. I told her she was a Jew and to go away. As a kid I’d do out to my uncles’ farm and I would see the baby calves chained to their little home by a real short chain. I asked him why he was keeping the babies so chained up. He told me because that’s where veal comes from. That night I sneaked out and undid all the chains, (Starting my career early). Of course I got my butt kicked but my uncle gave one of the calves to me. She died 22 years later of natural causes.
Yeah some vegans get arrogant, and some are stupid. I can handle that, but it’s when you mix the 2 together, than I got an issue with it.
Just live your life the best you can. It will all come out in time.
They still make fun of you. Not much has changed… or they look at you and avert their eyes once your colleagues find out… Funny they say high horse..it’s exactly the opposite. I don’t think I’m better than others, which is precisely why I don’t eat, wear, use for entertainment or exploit to my knowledge.
